How to make a booking in 4 simple steps
1. Check the availability of the tour. Call into the shop or call us on 01246-556617 This is important so we can check that we have the appropriate type of room and space onboard our coach. ( this way we avoid disappointment and may be able to advise a suitable alternative )
2. Pay a deposit. Send us your deposit, then by return of post we will send you your receipt of payments & booking forms, which you should check, sign, then return the signed copies to us in the stamped addressed envelope provided. Alternatively call into our shop, there we can complete the booking procedure as you wait. ( Optional travel insurance can be taken at this stage or you may take it on or before the balance due date )
3. Pay your final balance. Balances are due six weeks prior to departure for British Holidays and eight weeks prior to departure for European Holidays.
4. Seven to ten days prior to departure you will receive your luggage labels & itinerary with taxi times* ( * subject to area )
